<strong>Jon Porter</strong><br>Founder & CEO, Accelerate Crisis Management<br><br>
Born and raised in Wisconsin, I grew up in the DeForest area from 1995 to 2013. Those early years built the foundation for my values—hard work, integrity, and showing up when people need help the most. I later studied geography and built a decade-long career in natural disaster restoration, working nationwide on large-scale water, fire, and trauma recovery projects. In 2023, I founded <strong>Accelerate Crisis Management</strong>, a consulting firm focused on disaster preparedness, emergency planning, and post-crisis strategy. We work with municipalities, property managers, and businesses to provide expert guidance rooted in IICRC/ANSI standards and real-world recovery. I’m proud to bring this work back home and support the DeForest community with resilient, forward-thinking solutions.
